BEALACH NA BÀ
Scottish Highlands
Bealach na Bà meaning ‘pass of the cattle’ is a winding single track road through the mountains of the Applecross peninsula, Wester Ross in the Scottish Highlands. This was the only link to Applecross in the 20th Century, and is the third highest road in Scotland rising from sea levels of 2,054 feet. With very tight hairpin bends and hillside gradients this is an adventure not to be missed.

Explore the famous Eilean Donan Castle – the location of great historical moments in Scotland’s history and the setting for many great movies. Built on the point where three great lochs meet, partially destroyed during a Jacobite uprising in 1719, and beautifully restored and reopened in 1932, Eilean Donan is the place to visit.

One of the worlds most famous drives is that of the North Coast 500. Covering the rugged cliffs and stunning scenery of Scotland’s North Coast, the route takes its visitors through 516 miles of rugged countryside and incredible sea views.
